Dr. Freddie Prieto, D.O. is an internal medicine physician dedicated to preventive care and fostering a collaborative environment with both patients and colleagues. With deep roots in the South Florida community, Dr. Prieto earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. During his tenure at MSMC, Dr. Prieto gained extensive experience in hospital medicine, critical care, and outpatient care. He also led quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and improving health outcomes. Dr. Prieto is committed to preventive medicine by working closely with patients to identify risk factors early, effectively managing chronic conditions, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits.
